Community Health & Education

Services are provided by a registered nurse to help individuals manage their health through preventative health care strategies. Services offered:
• Health and nutrition education workshops
• Blood pressure management through blood pressure monitoring services
• Assistance to understand prescribed medications
• Referrals to health care professionals
• Behavioral health support
• Pain management services

Programs and Services are, in part, supported by the NYC Department for the Aging, the NYS Office for the Aging and private foundations. Membership in Riverdale Senior Center is open to all New Yorkers over the age of 60! To enroll, click here.
